1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the AgentClose website, console, API, and related support services. AgentClose is a business service for post-payment reconciliation of AI-agent transactions.
AgentClose does not collect or store wallet private keys and does not process or store full payment-card details.
2. Information we collect
Account and workspace data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name for authentication and account creation. We do not request or retain a Google access token or refresh token. We may also receive workspace and project names, roles, access invitations, API-key metadata, and support communications. API keys are stored as one-way hashes where verification requires persistence.
Reconciliation data
Customers send event data such as agent, task, request, payment-reference, amount, currency, delivery, receipt, project, and exception metadata. Customers control the content they send and should not submit secrets or unnecessary personal data.
Technical data
We process IP address, browser and device data, request timestamps, API usage, audit events, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Billing data
We receive subscription status, product, customer reference, transaction reference, and billing email from Creem. Creem processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy terms.
3. How information is used
- Provide reconciliation, exception detection, exports, and account access.
- Measure usage, enforce plan limits, and manage subscriptions.
- Secure the service, investigate abuse, and maintain audit records.
- Respond to support requests and send service communications.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell personal information or use customer reconciliation data for advertising.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers where necessary to operate AgentClose, including Google for account authentication, Cloudflare for application infrastructure, and Creem for merchant-of-record billing. These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their contractual and legal safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. Retention periods vary by data type and workspace settings.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed credentials, audit logging, and infrastructure safeguards. No system is completely secure, so customers must also protect their credentials and avoid sending secrets in event payloads.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Workspace administrators can manage access and project data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
AgentClose is not directed to children and is intended for business users.
